Paul has more than 16 years corporate restructuring, recovery and insolvency experience, working with two of the top five firms worldwide, including a spell in Australia. Paul has been with MCR since 2002.

His broad experience in all types of insolvency techniques has been complemented by his international insolvency experience.

Paul, a partner in the MCR Corporate Restructuring division, leads the formal insolvency practice in London which focuses principally on non-trading administrations and receiverships, court liquidations, creditors voluntary liquidations, solvent winding-ups as well as personal bankruptcy.

Paul and his dedicated team have significant experience in working with accountants, tax advisers and management to maximise returns to shareholders in solvent liquidations (MVLs).

Whilst Paul continues to focus on formal insolvencies, he also specialises in the music and media sector, where his insolvency experience includes Telstar Records, Kingstreet Media Group, The Point Group. He has also advised V2. He also has broad experience assisting all businesses with intellectual property assets.

In addition Paul has successfully operated and subsequently sold three golf courses in the last few years and had broad experience in this sector.

Paul is a Chartered Certified Accountant and a licensed UK Insolvency Practitioner. Paul sits on the Editorial Board of the "Recovery" magazine (the official publication of R3, the Association of British Recovery Professionals) and is a regular contributor to this publication.
