Matt Bond became a Partner at MCR in July 2009, having worked at MCR for over a year
and is a recognised expert in corporate recovery and turnarounds.

He previously worked at one of the UK's leading restructuring practices for nearly 10 years and during that period gained further experience while working on secondment in Sydney, Australia.

His background is predominantly in the formal side of corporate restructuring including exit planning, administrations and liquidations.

Matt has handled a number of high profile cases in his time at MCR including MFI Group Limited, Superhire Limited and The General Trading Company Limited.

His experience not only spans the retail sector, having previously been involved in the Administration of MVC Entertainment Limited and Silverscreen Limited, but also Manufacturing, automotive, property, sport and leisure and the restaurant market and recently handled the UK administration of Chilli's Restaurants.

Matt's experience has also seen him work on various multi jurisdictional assignments including the Sendo Group, BRAC Rent-a-Car and Federal Mogul.

Matt is a Chartered Certified Accountant and a licensed UK Insolvency Practitioner. He also sits on the R3, The Association of Recovery Professionals committee for Education,Courses and Conferences.
